Before calling the honourable member for Mitchell, I should advise those members present and others that will read the record of this debate that this adjournment debate, which is to be negatived after eight participants, has been agreed to to replace the grievance debate which did not proceed in the House yesterday as a result of the revised arrangements due to the visit of Prime Minister Blair.
