Before I say what I was going to say on the Australian Technical Colleges (Flexibility in Achieving Australia’s Skills Needs) Amendment Bill 2006, I would like to comment briefly on some of the remarks made by members opposite. Firstly, I want to say how tired I am, and every member on this side is—and probably every person in Australia is—of hearing speaker after speaker on the government side get up and blame the states for something.
