I rise to congratulate a constituent of mine, Damien Leith, of Stanmore, on being the Australian Idol for 2006. Damien is a proud resident of the inner west, and I am proud to represent a community that has the greatest number of artists of any electorate in Australia. I congratulate Damien and his family. I look forward to him becoming an Australian citizen early next year.
