Leader of the House, it would help the House considerably if you would grant leave. I have consulted with the clerks, and the member for North Sydney confirmed what I have already ruled, which is that the member for North Sydney asked leave to move his amendments together. It would assist the House if the minister would grant leave and we could then proceed.
