I withdraw. The third promise was on 19 December. Again, there was a promise of activity by sending the Oceanic Viking out within days. None of that happened. But what we do see is a continuation of those public statements in this forum, in this House whereby the government seeks to promote the impression of activity. Under the impression of activity, we have a decrease in question time, a decrease in protection for the public and, above all else, a concerted decrease in the accountability of this place. For that, I stand in support of the position put forward by the member for North Sydney and reject those propositions put forward by the government.
