I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon the Hon. Dr Stephen Martin, a former Speaker. On behalf of the House I extend to him a very warm welcome. Alongside of him, we have a recently retired member of this place and a former member of the New South Wales parliament, the Hon. Bruce Baird. I welcome him very warmly, having served on committees with him.
