My question is to the Minister for Resources and Energy. In February 2005 and again in February 2006 you noted that $20 billion worth of major infrastructure and resource projects could be in jeopardy as a result of skills shortages. Are skills shortages still a serious capacity constraint in the resources sector, and what action is the government taking to address this issue?
