Mr Speaker, on indulgence, this was asked by the Manager of Opposition Business before question time today and I indicated that a series of standing orders have been drafted with the assistance, as usual, of the clerks in terms of making sure that they are in order. Those I intend to put on notice today. I intend to put them on notice for debate later in the week so that no-one on that side of the House can say that they did not have an opportunity to peruse them. It is within my ability to seek leave to have those standing orders debated and voted upon at a time of my choosing, but that would require leave to be given by the opposition and, frankly, given the lack of goodwill that has been—
