I move:

That so much of standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent:

(1)

the Member for Fremantle moving immediately a motion relating to the International Day of Democracy;

(2)

debate on the motion ensuing and on being adjourned, the order of the day for the resumption of the debate standing referred to the Main Committee; and

(3)

in the Main Committee, the item being called on and debated during government business time.
