Mr Speaker, I repeat the offer that I made to the Leader of the Opposition before when I offered him leave to correct the record regarding the Treasury secretary. I ask him to reflect on his remarks and comment on them during the MPI debate. He may wish to withdraw the suggestion that he made against the Treasury secretary.
