My question is addressed to the Prime Minister. Has the Prime Minister asked his staff members individually whether any of them were responsible for the leak of details of his conversation with the US President? If he has not asked them that question, is he by definition negligent in the discharge of his responsibilities as Prime Minister of Australia?
