I like to be generous in spirit! If you are going to filter it through the state bureaucracies, I will tell you to get ready for two things. The first one is that it will go through the state bureaucracies, the works departments and agencies like QBuild and you will be in for a very long wait. There is another thing: there will be steep administrative costs, if not a massive cost shift. Those are the things you are looking at. If we want jobs, we are going to have to do better than some of the things Labor has put up in this package.
