I inform the House that the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts will be absent from question time today as he is attending the World Ocean Conference and the Coral Triangle Initiative partners conference in Indonesia. The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry will be answering questions in his place.
