My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer the Prime Minister to his record borrowing plan which will plunge Australia on his own estimates into $315 billion of debt. Will the Prime Minister answer this question which he failed to answer yesterday. Will he explain to the House how this unprecedented level of government debt will put upward pressure on future interest rates for all Australians?
