My question is to the Prime Minister and relates to the government’s Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme, and in asking the question I welcome the government’s undertaking that it will negotiate in good faith with the opposition. Would the Prime Minister explain to the House what, if any, relevance the outcome of the Copenhagen climate change summit in December has to the design of an emissions trading scheme in Australia?
