Mr Speaker, I rise on a point of order on relevance. The minister was not asked a general question about infrastructure. He was asked a specific question about why Kalgoorlie was the poor cousin of the parliament when it came to the list of seats named in the motion, and he should either explain why Kalgoorlie was left off the list or sit down.
