On behalf of the House, I welcome as guests the President of the Senate and honourable senators to this sitting of the House of Representatives and the Senate to hear an address by His Excellency, Dr Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, President of the Republic of Indonesia. Mr President, I welcome you to the House of Representatives chamber. Your address today is a significant occasion in the history of the House. I would also like to welcome Ibu Ani Bambang Yudhoyono, who is in the gallery this afternoon.
