I thank the member for Grey, on his own initiative, for taking that action. I would hope that all members see the distraction of live phones, although that was a pretty ordinary ring. It was not creative. But they are a distraction and I thank the member for Grey for the action that he has taken. I, on behalf of the House, accept his apology.
