Through the chair, Madam Deputy Speaker. For the Special Minister of State to say that I am using this as a subterfuge, to somehow say that there is a second agenda on this particular point, is false, misleading and just plain wrong. The fact of the matter is that these people deserve not to vote, and by having these provisions that I have moved enacted the rest of your bill will be supported by the opposition. That is our position. I put it strongly to you, Special Minister of State, that you should reconsider and not just read out what is a political position that you should accept the amendment and let the bill pass.
