We in fact could have a massive banner behind us saying, 'Mr Abbott has kicked his habit.' Unfortunately, we do not know if this is true. I call on the Leader of the Opposition to state whether he is going to refuse tobacco donations, take the lead from his backbench and start leading his own party.
