Unfortunately, with the large number of quorums that have been called in the House it is necessary for us to get as many people as we can down to the House as quickly as possible. In the current environment we feel that we have to get all our members to go to the House as quickly as possible. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, Mr Deputy Speaker, but unfortunately that is the way it has to be.
