A disgraceful statement, made by Prime Minister Howard, and disgraceful behaviour today on the floor of the House of Representatives when the Prime Minister was announcing the visit of President Obama. And we had the extraordinary position whereby the Leader of the Opposition had to play catch up at the end of question time and seek indulgence to actually try to put something positive on the record so that he could at least have some mitigation of his humiliation when the Speaker refused to give him the call to respond to the Prime Minister's answer to the first question today.
