My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer the Prime Minister to this official 53-page outcome statement from the Rio+20 United Nations conference she attended last week. Given that the government's carbon tax is predicated on global action on climate change, on what page does the outcome statement mention any other country moving towards a carbon tax, an emissions trading scheme or putting a price on carbon?
