Thank you, Speaker. My question is to the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport and Minister for Regional Development and Local Government. Why is it important to take a considered approach to infrastructure investment, with proper consultation around funding decisions? How is this approach reflected in this year's budget and in the government's policies, and what has been the response?
