My question is to the Treasurer. I remind the Treasurer that the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry small business pre-election survey—this one—states that the abolition of the carbon tax is a priority for small business. Why won't the government reverse the planned five per cent increase in the carbon tax due next Monday in order to give small business some relief?
