I inform the House that the Prime Minister, the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research and Minister for Trade and Competitiveness, and the Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, Minister for Social Inclusion and Minister for Housing and Homelessness will be absent from question time today as they are attending the state memorial service for Hazel Hawke in Sydney. I will answer questions on behalf of the Prime Minister. The Minister for Climate Change, Industry and Innovation will answer questions relating to tertiary education, skills, science and research. The Minister for Defence will answer questions relating to foreign affairs, trade and competitiveness, and will represent the Minister for Foreign Affairs in the House. The Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform will answer questions relating to housing and homelessness. The Minister for Health will answer questions relating to mental health and ageing.
