My question is to the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection. Given the minister's failure to answer my previous question about the allocation of money available for buying back Indonesian boats, why then did the minister confirm in Friday's Australian newspaper that all the money for the boat buybacks had been reallocated? Why is the minister prepared to talk to the newspapers but not to the parliament?
