My question is to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development. I refer to the more than $906,000 in funding granted by the former government to the City of Whittlesea for the Church Street redevelopment, Woodland Waters Recreation Reserve development and the Lalor Tennis Club redevelopment. Why is the government ignoring the needs of the people of McEwen with its cuts and forcing them to face the Abbott axe?
