(In division) You have a perfectly valid point. I would remind the tellers that the whole point about a one-minute bell is to speed up the process, not to deliberately slow it down. I would suggest that, as the person who did change her vote did advise the teller and that everybody else I asked remained in their seats, I would have thought you could have speeded it up considerably.
