Both members will resume their seats. The position is this: we have just carried the motion that standing orders be suspended as would prevent the motion that the third reading be moved without delay. We have carried that motion. The Deputy Prime Minister has now moved the third reading, and the member for Grayndler wishes to debate that motion. There are other forms which may be used then. I call the member for Grayndler.
