Madam Speaker, I also have a question to you. I saw the Leader of the Opposition and heard the Leader of the Opposition make the statement the Prime Minister said, and I am concerned that the Leader of the Opposition has inappropriately used the House, and in fact has misled the House, in terms of his comments. I would ask you to make a decision in relation to the appropriateness of what was said by the Leader of the Opposition.
