The opposition will ask a question but they will not always listen to the answer, which is unfortunate. There is no doubt that direct billing is a policy idea. As I said, there are many policy ideas that have come to the coalition. If the member for Ballarat is so bereft of policy ideas that she has to ask us, that is an interesting point in itself.
