In his speech just now on the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims Amendment Bill 2015 the member for Grayndler claimed that I was mistaken in saying that Labor's 2012 Coastal Shipping Act had resulted in a 63 per cent increase in freight rates for Bell Bay Aluminium. But my claim about a highly damaging 63 per cent increase in freight costs is supported by submissions the company made to the Productivity Commission.
