My question is to the Minister for Agriculture. Minister, I am so pleased to see the commitment by the government to decentralisation—in particular, the decision to relocate three regional development corporations. Can you please outline why decentralisation is important to Australia, and particularly the benefits that will flow to my creative, innovative and totally flexible electorate through the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation coming to Albury-Wodonga?
