Mr Deputy Speaker Southcott, congratulations on your retirement. One of the great events in the South Australian racing calendar is the Balaklava Cup. This year it was a very special cup because Joyce Fisher, who turned 97 on 6 September, celebrated 65 years of volunteering at the Balaklava Race Club for the Community Caterers.
