I make this point: this is an issue which has been in the public domain since January 2014. The member for Bass, who is busy interjecting, wrote his article in February of this year. For want of 24 hours to give the opposition to give the proper time to scrutinise these amendments, games were being played such as to put this into the parliament and to deny us that opportunity.
