My question is to the Minister for Health. Minister, the report of the National Review of Mental Health Programs and Services was provided to the government in December 2014 and, consequently, you established the Mental Health Expert Reference Group to report back to you by October 2015. Can you please tell that House how this is going and what are the plans that the government has to correct the fundamental structural shortcomings that exist in our mental health service, which particularly have impact for rural and regional Australians?
