My question is to the Minister representing the Special Minister of State. The New South Wales Electoral Commission recently found that that the New South Wales Liberal Party was required to disclose the identities of donors to the Free Enterprise Foundation, regardless of whether they were prohibited donors or not. That disclosure was not made. As a matter of government policy, should an organisation that has been found to have breached New South Wales electoral laws by the New South Wales Electoral Commission be able to claim electoral funding from the Australian Electoral Commission for a federal election?
