Labor's priority has been about hitting a tax rate that ensures young people come to Australia instead of places like New Zealand. That is why we settled on a 10.5 per cent tax, because at that rate we remain internationally competitive. The dirty deal that has been struck today is a betrayal of regional Tasmania.
