The member for Kennedy does not have to sort of wave his arm around; he can just resume his seat for a second. The bills are now on the table. If the member for Kennedy or any other member wishes to get a copy—there are more copies being made—they are not hand-delivered to the member for Kennedy; they are at the table. That is the way it works. That is the way it has worked the whole time he has been a member of parliament.
