Before we go to questions without notice, at the outset of question time, I just want to inform the House that the Rt Hon. David Carter, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the parliament of New Zealand, is here on the floor. It is great to see you here. I had the pleasure of visiting you in New Zealand last year. He is here with Mr David Wilson, the Clerk of the House of Representatives, and of course His Excellency Mr Chris Seed, the High Commissioner of New Zealand. On behalf of the House, a very, very warm welcome. I might look to you for inspiration over the next hour and 10 minutes!
