I would like to inform the House of the very proud achievement of a local resident of Goldstein from the local Rotary Club of Sandringham who has been elected to be President of Rotary International, Mr Ian Riseley. Ian has been a Rotary member for 39 years and has served Rotary as treasurer, director, trustee, Rotary International board and executive committee member, task force member and district governor. I hope his success as Rotary International's president is glorious because, when it comes down to it, he has made an incredible contribution already—
