The difficulty the Manager of Opposition Business has is that he first jumped on a point of order.

Mr Burke interjecting—

No, the Manager of Opposition Business did, because he asked whether the member should be able to do certain things in wake of the motion that had been put, and I ruled on that point of order after hearing him and the Leader of the House. I will hear from the Manager of Opposition Business again.
