The Leader of the House will pause for a second. I think I have made it clear to the House that I'm considering the matter. I have heard from the Manager of Opposition Business largely in silence but I admonished those on my right during his interaction. I think those sitting behind the Manager of Opposition Business might just reflect on whether they want me to consider this matter without being interrupted continually. The Leader of the House has the call.
