The member's time has concluded. I don't think there was a question there by the time the clock ran out. No, I don't think there was.
An honourable member interjecting—
The question when the clock ran out—you've got 30 seconds, I've said. It's not a target; it's a limit. I'm doing the same on both sides. The question that was asked was, 'Will the Prime Minister rule out,' as the clock ran out.
