My question is to the Prime Minister. The chair of the Energy Security Board, Dr Kerry Schott, has said that there is no way new coal-fired power plants will be developed under the National Energy Guarantee. Does the Prime Minister agree with Dr Schott, or does he agree with his colleagues the Minister for Resources, Senator Canavan, and the member for Hughes, who have attacked Dr Schott over her comments?
