I would refer the member to clauses 7.1 and 7.2 of the Statement of Ministerial Standards. That makes very clear the process. I don't take the Leader of the Opposition's word for these matters. What I will do is what I said in response to the last question: I will speak directly to the New South Wales Police Force and understand the nature of what these reports are, and then I will make the necessary assessments of that case at that time. I'm not going to take lectures from the Leader of the Opposition, who is a member of a New South Wales branch that had New South Wales government ministers in prison. Eddie's coming out in December, but it doesn't make any difference to the fact that he is a member of a rotten branch of the Labor Party.
