Just before I ask whether leave is granted I'm going to make the point that—and there could be various reasons for it—these motions are becoming far too long. That's gone on to two pages. It's taken more than three minutes. I would, in the first instance, make that point to anyone moving a motion, and I'm doing that as fair warning before I adopt the practices of Speaker Snedden.
