My question is to the Prime Minister. Today the aged-care royal commission released a statement that nine out of 10 aged-care facilities in Australia are failing to achieve the highest quality of care. Why are nine out of every 10 aged-care facilities failing to deliver the appropriate care that older Australians deserve?
