COVID-19: Aged Care

My question is to the Prime Minister. This is from Jayne, speaking about the moment she was told her father had died from COVID-19, in aged care: 'I started crying and I said, "Why didn't anyone call? Why didn't anyone call? I've been ringing and ringing." And they said, "Oh, he was fine this morning and he was fine this afternoon, but when I checked on him he'd passed away.' Prime Minister, why are aged-care residents and their families not getting the support and information that they need and that they deserve?
